Actual shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items you are shipping, the service you are using, and the location to which you are shipping.

Orders placed Monday-Thursday
will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend/holiday will ship from our location in Newton, Massachusetts
the following business day. Also, keep in mind that when shipping to college students, it is better to get it there earlier rather than later.

More often than not, when a package arrives
at a dorm it might not reach your student for a day or two, so plan ahead. We also encourage that you notify your student that a package is on its way.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Substitutions
When an item is out of stock, we will replace
it with an item of equal or greater value. In
the event of excessive heat, we will substitute chocolate for items of equal or greater value. Please direct any questions to questions@carepaks4u.com

Guarantee
Carepaks4U guarantees all of our care packages will be of the best quality. If for
any reason you or your recipient is dissatisfied with your carepak please email us within 5 days of delivery at guarantee@carepaks4u.com and we will be happy to discuss your options.

All refunded or replaced packages must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us before you return your package so that we can expect it.
